A queue is an object that holds Callers as they dial in to the "response group". To view queues navigate to the following path:
Click on Service Management link. Under Response Group tab, click on Queues tab. To add a new Queue click on Add New Queue button.
It will display the following listings:
Queue Name: It shows the name of the queue.
Description: It displays the description of the queue.
Options: You can Edit or Remove the queues from the listing by clicking on the respective link.
