To add a new Groups, navigate to the following path:
Click on Service Management link. Under Response Group tab, click on Groups tab you will see the following:
To add a new Group click on Add New Group button and fill in the following fields:
Group name: Provide a friendly name for a group.
Description: Provide a detailed description of the group.
Participation Policy: Select the participation policy from dropdown list as formal or informal.
Alert Time (in seconds): You must enter a numeric value between 10 to 600 for alerts.
Routing Method: Select routing method from the drop down list.
Agents: Select to define a new group or select an existing distribution group
Agents: Select existing groups as agents
Click on Save when done.
