Exchange organizations are basically mail enabled active directory organizations.
To view exchange organizations navigate to the following path:
Click on the exchange subscription and select Exchange Organizations tab. You can include new organizations by clicking on Add New Organization button. Click here to see how to add a new organization.
The list of exchange organization displays following:
Subsc.ID: This is subscription ID of the exchange hosting account.
Mail Domain: The primary SMTP mail domain name created for the organization.
MailBoxes: Total number of exchange mailboxes created in the organization.
Customer ID: This is Customer ID of the owner of this organization.
Customer Name: This is Customer Name of the owner of this organization.
Company Name: This is Company Name of the owner of this organization.
Options: You have option to Manage Services for desired organization.
Only the exchange organizations under the customer of logged in provider will be listed. To view exchange organizations for customers under any reseller, you must login as that reseller.
