Mailbox Templates

To ad & view mailbox templates, navigate to the following path:

It displays the following listings:

• Template Name: It shows the name of the template.

• Prohibit Send & Receive At (MB): It displays the prohibit send & receive at in MB.

• Outlook License Enabled: It shows the outlook license enabled or not.

• OWA ActiveSync Enabled: It shows OWA Active Sync Enabled or not.

• Exchange ActiveSync access allowed: It shows the Exchange Active sync access allowed or not.

• Options: The option will allow you to do the following:

1. Assign to customer: You can Assign\Unassign Templates to the customers.

2. Clone: You can clone a template.

3. Edit: You can edit an existing template.

4. Remove: You can remove\delete a template.

Click on Add button to add anew mailbox template to the listing

• Owner: Select owner from the drop down list.

• Template Name : Provide the name of the template.

• Microsoft SPLA Type: Select the type of SPLA from he drop down list.

Storage Quotas: Provide and define storage under storage quotas section.

Mailbox Features: Provide mailbox settings under mailbox features.
