To enable automatic replies on mailboxes navigate to the following path:
Click on the Service Management link and then select Mail Boxes tab. Click on the mailbox name for which you wish manage the service features. Now select Automatic Replies tab and check the enabled box, and provide the details as below:
Send replies only during this time period: When this box is checked you can select the start and end time for you Automatic reply.
Start time:
End time:
Send a reply once to each sender inside my organization with the following message: Type your message here.
Send automatic reply messages to senders outside my organization: When this box is checked, you can select on of the following option:
Send replies only to senders in my Contacts list
Send replies to all external senders
Send a reply once to each sender outside my organization with the following message: Type your message here.
Click Save button when done.
