  • 6 months to 1 Year of Experience. (Experience in IT industry would be preferred)
  • Bachelor Degree/Master in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalen.

  • A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team.

Job Responsibility

  • Contact business or private individuals by telephone/email to generate sales.
  • To build effective relationships with potential clients.
  • Lead generation, credentials pitch, asking questions, solutions pitch, negotiation, close, handover to the account management.
  • Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
  • Maintain records of Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunity and activities.
  • Schedule appointments/product Demo for Accounts/Sales Manager.
  • Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers.
  • To deal appropriately with queries received via the telephone and /or email and provide written or oral responses to confirm the information or outcome.
  • Work independently and as a team member to achieve the required targets.
