About the job

MachSol is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager with substantial global experience in software sales and hosting community.

The ideal candidate for an Inside Sales Account Manager will be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial drive, organized, motivated by success and able to demonstrate a track record of sales attainment. MachSol is a global company and might offer opportunities to work abroad in Europe or Asia. Only candidates with three years or more experience in enterprise software sales capacity will be considered at this time.

The Account Manager will:

  • Focus on maintaining existing and building new sales relationships
  • Invest time and effort in understanding a client’s business needs in order to identify current and future product sales opportunities
  • Generate revenues through the sale of licenses, SLA agreements, trainings, enterprise and consulting services.

Required skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience in software sales and hosting community
  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree of science
  • Have a proven track record of success
  • Excellent commercial skills
  • Language skills: English fluent and other languages are a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft CRM and SharePoint
  • Ability to conduct web meetings
  • Aptitude to understand and learn technical concepts quickly and thoroughly
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work well under pressure with a positive attitude
  • Knowledge and understanding of the structure of medium and large business organizations
  • Understanding of individual/enterprise sales processes
  • Methods to overcome obstacles and close deals
  • Presentation of multiple value propositions and conduct consultative sales
  • Sharpening of outbound prospecting skills to achieve or exceed sales targets

Job Function:

  • Make 15 - 20 cold calls a day from provided qualified leads
  • Set 2 - 3 appointments for technology briefings daily
  • Achieve daily/monthly/annual sales goals
  • Make timely follow-up calls and account maintenance on daily basis
  • Maintain accurate records and log all activities in Microsoft CRM
  • Schedule and conduct product demo presentations with qualified potential clients
  • Generate new leads and referrals of qualified clients to penetrate assigned target account types
  • Build a prospect pipeline, work through the entire sales cycle and close deals
  • Attend networking opportunities and partner conferences
